• Short operation: The hand-held blender
is not suitable exclusively for the short
time operation and not for the continu-
ous operation. To avoid overheating of
and damages to the hand-held blender,
always operate the hand-held blender
while blending for less than a minute at
stretch. After adequate cooling down,
the hand-held blender can be used
again.
• Always hold the immersion blender
vertically in the container and in the
ingredients, which you want to blend.
• Hold the container firmly with a hand so
that it does not slip during the operation
of the hand-held blender from the
kitchen top.
Operate
1. Insert the mains plug in a well acces-
sible electrical socket, the voltage of
which complies with the data on the
type plate.
2. Hold the immersion blender vertically
in the container and in the ingredients,
which you want to blend.
3. Hold the container firmly with a hand
so that it does not slip during the opera-
tion of the hand-held blender from the
kitchen top.
4. Press the On-Off-Button and keep
it pressed. Thus, take care of the short
operation time.
5. In order to end the operation, release
the button.
10. Cleaning
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock!
Incorrect electrical installation or very
high supply voltage can lead to electric

shock.
• Always pull out the mains plug before
cleaning and let the hand-held blender
cool down.
• Before cleaning, separate the drive unit
from the respective attachment.
• Take care that no liquids enter inside
the drive unit.

Risk of injury!
The hand-held blender has a sharp
blade which can lead to severe injuries.
• Pull out the mains plug before you
mount the attachments on the hand-
held blender or remove them.
• Take care of your hands and fingers.
NOTE!
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the hand-held
blender can lead to damages.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning
material, scrub with metal or nylon
bristles as well as no sharp or metallic
cleaning objects like knife, hard scraper
and similar things. They can damage the
surface.
Cleaning
Drive unit:
1) Before cleaning, pull out the power
plug.
2) Wipe the drive unit (1) only with slightly
wet towel.
3) Dry off the drive unit properly with a
dry towel.
