Unplug the appliance and wait until it has totally cooled down
before cleaning.
Detach the plastic receptacle by turning it clockwise and raising
it. Also detach the metallic centre receptacle. These parts must
be cleaned in hot water and some mild detergent if necessary.
Caution: it is absolutely necessary to detach these parts from
the appliance before cleaning in order to prevent the water
from seeping into the appliance. Never put these parts in the
dishwasher.
To clean the housing, use a soft damp cloth. Never use scouring
pads, as these would damage the appliance.

recycling or use for other applications.
