The following is a troubling shooting guide to help you solve any issues that you may have
using the Clean Air Optima Dehumidifier CA-703.
Problem
Device does not
switch on

Possible Cause
The power cord does not
connect correctly
The water tank is full
or water tank is not
in the correct position
The environment temperature
is below 5°C or above 50°C
The Pre-Filter is blocked by dust
The air inlet and outlet have a
blockage
The setting humidity is higher
than environmental humidity
The device is installed askew
The Pre-Filter is blocked
Temperature and humidity
sensor breakdown
or be affected by damp
Solution
Connect the power plug and
power socket correctly
Drain the water tank and replace
the water tank to the correct
position
The device can not work in such
temperature
Clean the Pre-Filter
Clean the blockage from the air
inlet and outlet
Set the humidity at least 5%
lower than environmental
humidity
Make sure the machine
is installed uprightly
Clean the Pre-Filter
Change the temperature and
humidity sensor or dry the sensor
