Action: S weep hose sprays too
much water out of the pool.
Solution: 1. A djust the speed of the sweep
hose b y t ightening t he a djustment
screw.
2. R eplace t he s weep h ose s crubber
if it is worn or missing.
3. Add a s weep h ose w eight ( order
part # B2) t o k eep t he s weep h ose
from spraying.
Action: T he cleaner does not clean
the entire pool.
Solution: 1. Check the hose length reaches
within 6" of the farthest point of
the p ool. I f n ot, o rder a n ew h ose
section f rom y our Polaris dealer.
2. Check t hrust j et f or s traight b ack
position that optimizes random
turning.
3. While the cleaner is operating,
hold i t u pside d own a nd l ook i nto
the vacuum tube. There should
one distinct jet of water. If there
are n ot, c ontact C ustomer S ervice
or a Polaris authorized Service
Center for assistance.
Action: T he cleaner is running in
circles on its side.
Solution: 1. Check f ilter b ag, i f f ull i t c an w eigh
the cleaner down on one side.
2. Remove t he h ead f loat a nd s hake
it. If there is water in the float,
order a new one.
3. Check the hose floats to make
sure they are spaced evenly.
