Italian Ice Cream Base Preparation
Ingredients
1 L milk
7 egg yolks
350 g. sugar
1 lemon peel

Execution
Put the egg yolks into a completely odourless bowl.
Whisk, while gradually adding the sugar, until well whipped.
Add the warm milk and lemon zest a little at time while stirring
continuously. Place over a low heat and stir for 8-10 minutes
until the ingredients are well blended.
Tips
