CAUTION! For better performance of the cappings press
and better pressure compression, it is advised to always
run the machine fully loaded, with rotation speed set at a
low rpm value.
Run/stop cycles can be managed automatically (see
section below).
CAUTION! after completing work, make sure to
remove any wax/honey residues from the screw
feeder.

WORK CYCLE
Power on the cappings press through
the main switch.
Turn the selector switch to the right to
the work cycle position; the lamp will
light up.
The screw feeder will now start
rotating.
Adjust the speed of rotation to the
quantity of cappings to press.
If the screen is opened, rotation will
stop immediately.
Move the selector switch to the
vertical position to stop the screw
rotation.
To reverse the direction of rotation,
move the selector switch to the left
(single-step operation).
If any foreign object is accidentally
dropped into the hopper, stop the
forward rotation movement
reverse the direction of rotation with a
jogging motion to be able to recover
the object.
Rotation reversal is also active if the
protective screen is opened.
