CARE
- It is recommended to soak your utensil
in hot water and washing up liquid in
order to loosen off any stuck food.
- Do not use abrasive sponges or
cleaning products which may damage
the enamel.
- Dry thoroughly with a cloth and apply a
coat of food grade oil, if necessary,
before putting away.
- Should any oxidation appear - this is
harmless - rub a bit of fat in the areas
concerned.
Enamelled cast iron utensils improve
over time.
