# The visor must be cleaned and controlled. If the visor is dirty and/or has bad scratches on the surface there could be unu-
sual light reflections or deviations, which may jeopardize safety. Immediately replace the visor if there are such problems.
How to operate - (see figure 10)
Use the lower and upper edges of the visor to open. Do not open it using other areas to avoid causing accidental dam-
ages (scratches or lines) or dirtying the field of vision.
There are two locking positions when the visor is completely closed (10.A) or completely open (10.B).
When the visor is opened it must be pushed up to the locking position. When the visor is correctly locked it clicks into
position. To unlock the visor from the locking position, by following the operations mentioned above, just push a bit
during the initial movement until it is unlocked from the locking position. While riding the motorcycle the visor must
never be left in the intermediate positions, it must always be locked in the locking positions.
Opening the visor - (see figure 12)
Pull the left lower edge of the visor outward to unlock the security system and in the same time pull the visor on.
Removing the visor: - (see figure 11)
Open the visor up to the locking position (see figure 11.D); from this position operate on the release lever H of the visor
mechanism under the side covers. Move the lever H in position B. Remove the cover by rotating the back part outward
and then sliding it out of the fastening holes on the visor fastening holes. Repeat the operations on the opposite side.
Move (see figure 11.E) the lever H in position C. Remove the visor form the mechanism. Repeat the operations on the
opposite side.
Fitting the visor: - (see figure 11)
Verify (see figure 11F) that both levers H of the mechanism are in position C. Position the side end of the visor on the
mechanism so the holes K-S of the visor match the flap W and the pin X on the mechanism.
Lightly press on the ends of the visor and bring the lever H in position B. Repeat the operation on the opposite side.
After fitting the visor verify that the visor is tightly fixed to the helmet, that it rotates freely and that it locks correctly in
the locking positions.
# If this doesn't happen and the rotation mechanism of the visor doesn't work correctly, do not use the helmet.
Fitting the cover - (see figure 11)
Position (see figure 11G) cover on the visor so that both the flaps Z on the side part are correctly fitted into the holes
T on the visor. Press the cover so that it adheres to the visor and that the flap U is fitted in the visor mechanism (see
figure 11H). Bring the lever H in position A.Repeat the operation on the opposite side.

# La visière doit être nettoyée et contrôlée périodiquement. La présence de saleté et/ou de rayures profondes sur la
surface de la visière peut être à l'origine de reflets de lumière anormaux ou d'aberrations qui réduisent la sécurité de
conduite. Remplacer immédiatement la visière si de tels défauts se manifestent.
Actionnement :- (voir figure 10)
La visière doit être manipulée en agissant sur les bords inférieur et supérieur. Eviter de la manipuler en intervenant
sur d'autres zones de façon à ne pas provoquer de détériorations accidentelles (éraflures ou rayures) ou à ne pas
réduire le champ visuel.
Il y a deux positions de blocage : visière complètement fermée (10.A) ou complètement ouverte (10.B).
L'actionnement doit toujours être effectué jusqu'aux positions de blocage, perceptibles par un léger déclic lorsque la
visière est bloquée correctement. Pour débloquer la visière des positions d'arrêt, il suffit d'exercer une légère pression
dans la phase initiale du mouvement, en l'actionnant comme indiqué ci-dessus, jusqu'au déblocage de la position d'arrêt.
Pendant la conduite, la visière ne doit jamais être laissée dans les positions intermédiaires ; elle doit toujours être blo-
quée dans les positions d'arrêt.
Ouverture de la visière :- (voir figure 12)
Pousser le bord inferieur gauche vers l'extérieur pour déblouquer l'arrêt et en même temps soulever la visière.
Démontage : -(voir figure 11)
Ouvrir la visière jusqu'à la position de blocage (voir figure 11D) ; dans cette position, il est possible d'agir sur les leviers
de déblocage H du mécanisme de la visière situés sous les couvertures latérales. Déplacer le levier H en position B.
Enlever la couverture en tournant la partie arrière vers l'extérieur et en la sortant ensuite par les trous de fixation pra-
tiqués sur la visière. Répéter ces mêmes opérations sur le côté opposé.
Déplacer (voir figure 11E) le levier H en position C. Enlever la visière du mécanisme. Répéter ces mêmes opérations sur
le côté opposé.
Montage : - (voir figure 11)
Contrôler (voir figure 11F) que les deux leviers H d'actionnement du mécanisme sont en position C. Placer l'extrémité
latérale de la visière sur le mécanisme de façon à ce que les boutonnières K-S de la visière correspondent aux lan-
guettes W et le pivot X présents sur le mécanisme.
Appuyer légèrement sur l'extrémité de la visière et mettre le levier d'actionnement H en position B. Répéter cette opé-
ration sur le côté opposé.
Une fois le montage terminé, contrôler que la visière est solidement fixée au casque, qu'elle tourne librement et qu'elle
se bloque correctement dans les positions d'arrêt.
# Si ces conditions ne sont pas réunies et si le mécanisme de rotation de la visière ne fonctionne pas correctement,
ne pas utiliser le casque.
