flame keep the knob fully pressed for approximately 10/20 seconds in order to heat the thermocouple, than
release it.
The flame can be observed from the spy hole on the front panel. If the flame go out during or after release of the knob
repeat the operation.

6.2 Lighting the main burner

With the pilot flame lit, turn the knob of the thermostat to the left and choose the required cooking temperature:

Turn the knob to the pilot flame position: the main burner goes out and only the pilot flame remains lit.

6.4 Total extinguishing

In order to extinguish the pilot flame and the main burner, turn the knob to the "off" position (Fig. 6).
We recommend signing a maintenance contract at last once a year.
Clean the cooking plate after use with an emery cloth, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil on the plate surface in order to
preserve it.
The parts in stainless steel have to be cleaned gently, using warm water.
Do not use detergents that contain abrasive particles. Do not use acid-based or alkaline detergents. Do not wash the
appliance or its parts in the dishwasher. Do not clean the appliance with pressurized water jets or steam cleaners.
If the appliance is not used for a long period, close the gas main.
In the case of a fault in the appliance or malfunctioning, close the gas main and call the technical service centre.
Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by qualified technicians.

Setting 2: 130°C approx.
Setting 3: 160°C approx.
