7. Mini Bio Luxury boiler design (as a complete heating device)

7.2 Materials used

• inner shell assembly – P265GH (as per DIN EN 10028) – 5mm boiler steel
for pressure tanks
• outer shell assembly – S235JR (EN 10025-2) – general purpose common
steel, thickness 4 mm
• smoke tubes - seamless tubing - wall thickness 4 mm,
• boiler casing – DC01 – powder painted 0.8mm steel sheets
• storage hopper - DX01 - non-alloy 1mm galvanised sheets
• boiler body insulation - mineral wool
Leader in pellet boilers
Mini Bio Luxury is a boiler with a three flue gas passes combustion circuit. All
boiler components are MAG - 135 welded. Most of the boiler components are
welded with fillet welds and butt welds.
