To rip cut thicknesses that are 150 mm wide or less, only use the rip fence to the right of the blade and use the push stick to push the work-
piece until it is cut through (Fig.25).
DUsT ExHaUsT
Connect your exhaust system to the rear socket of the machine.
we strongly recommend the use of a vacuum with this machine. The build-up of sawdust or chips inside the machine could be hazardous
and could lead to a fire risk. This sawdust must be removed.

The choice of blades to use will depend on the type and quality of wood and the type of cut - rip or cross. For example, oak and beech are
relatively hazardous for the health and so a vacuum must be used.
Rip cutting spruce leads to long spiralled chips.
MainTEnanCE
Never make any adjustments when the motor is running.
Always ensure that the machine is disconnected from the power source before working on the machine to maintain or repair it.
After each use, check the machine and replace any defective or broken parts.
Remove all the sawdust or chips that may have collected in the blade guard.
when the brushes of the motor are worn, they must be replaced immediately.
For warranty and safety purposes, all repairs with the exception of motor brush replacement may only be carried out by a repair centre
approved by PSP Outillage.
Any failure of the guard or blade must be repaired immediately.
insPECTinG anD rEPLaCinG THE MOTOr BrUsHEs
1. disconnect the machine from the power socket.
2. Unscrew the motor brush covers with an appropriate screwdriver. The other carbon brush is on the side opposite the motor.
3. Remove the worn brushes. Each brush must be at least 6 mm long.
4. Put the new brushes into place in the brush holders. The two tabs of the upper metal part of the brush are placed in the brush holder
guide.
5. Screw back the brush covers.
6. Check that the motor works.
