1. Remove the table insert (6) as described above.
2. After unlocking the blade height adjustment handle (8), turn the handle anticlockwise to raise the blade shaft to its highest position.
3. Loosen the nut by placing a key on the nut and an open-end spanner on the motor shaft to counteract. Please refer to Fig.5.
Important: Turn the nut in the blade rotation direction.
4. Remove the blade fastening nut and the outer flange. Then remove the old saw blade.
5. Make sure that the blade flanges are completely clean before fitting the new blade.
6. Then fit the blade (with the teeth turned forward). Fasten the blade with the flange and the nut.

DanGer: before starting the machine, make sure that there is nothing on the table and that the blade guard and riving knife are properly
assembled and are operating correctly with no friction against the blade.

CUTTinG DEPTH

1. by turning the wheel (8) Fig.4, the blade (4) may be adjusted according to the required cutting depth.
2. To increase the cutting depth, turn the wheel anti-clockwise.
3. To reduce the cutting depth, turn the wheel clockwise.
assEMBLinG THE riP fEnCE
The rip fence (7) Fig.1 supplied with the circular table saw is equipped with two guide surfaces of different heights.
depending on the thickness of the material to be cut, the guide stop (20) Fig.11 and 12 must be used for thick workpieces as shown in
Fig.11 and for thin workpieces as in Fig.12.
To modify the rip fence stop (20) depending on the thickness of the workpiece, loosen the two knurled screws (26) Fig.13 to remove the
stop (20) of the rip fence (7).
Remove these two knurled screws (21) through the slot (22) in the stop (20) and place them in the slot (23).
Fit the stop (20) back upon the guide (7).
Proceed in the same way to use the upper guide surface.
Fit the rip fence so that the side with the indicator is on the same side as the motor. First, unscrew the fence locking handle fully, then fit
the front of the rip fence so that it comes into contact with the front of the table; and then fit the rear of the fence so that the fence is level
with the table.
To lock the rip fence, lower the locking handle. Always make sure that the rip fence is properly locked to the table before starting your work.

CUTTinG WiDTH

Use the rip fence (7) Fig.1 to cut workpieces lengthways.
The rip fence (7) may be fitted to either side of the saw table (1), that is, on the left or the right of the blade.
The rip fence (7) must be fitted upon the rail (18).Using the scale (19) Fig.7 on the guide rail, you can precisely adjust the rip fence (7)
depending on the required cutting width.
Using the lock lever (12) Fig.1, the rip fence can be locked in the required position.
aDJUsTinG THE LEnGTH Of THE riP fEnCE
To prevent the workpiece from locking, the rip fence stop (20) Fig.13 can be pushed lengthways.
The rear end of the rip fence is located against an imaginary line which begins roughly at the centre of the blade and continues at 45°
towards the rear.
Set the required cutting width.
Loosen the knurled screws (21) Fig.13 and push the rip fence stop (20) forwards until it touches the imaginary line of 45°.
Re-tighten the knurled screws (21) fully.
