information is available at all times. If you give the
accessory to any other person, hand over these
operating instructions as well.

accidents which arise due to a failure to follow these
instructions and the safety instructions.
1. Safety regulations
The safety instructions for electric tools must also be
followed when using the keyhole saw. Read and
follow these instructions before using the keyhole
saw.
The drill required for cutting holes may only be used
with the additional handle fitted to it.
2. Intended use
Keyhole saws are designed for use with a drill for
making cuts in metal.
Please note that our accessories have not been
designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
accessory is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.
3. Layout (Fig. 1/2)

Important! Pull the plug for the drill and switch off
the tool.
Screw the adapter (2) to the keyhole saw
mounting (1) (Fig. 1/2)
Ensure that the locking pins (2a) can be inserted
into the relevant holes (1a). (Fig. 3)

Now screw the locking pins (2a) into the holes
(1a) using the knurled screw (2b). (Fig. 3/4)
Check that the assembled components are secure.
To dismantle, proceed in reverse order.
5. Recommended cutting speeds (Fig.
5)
The cutting speeds for various materials are shown
in the table. (Fig. 5)
A: Soft steel
B: Tool steel / Stainless steel
C: Cast iron
D: Brass / Copper alloy
E: Aluminum
6. Lubrication and cooling
To increase the quality of the cuts and extend the
service life of the keyhole saw, we recommend that
you use a suitable coolant.
7. Maintenance and cleaning
Important! Pull the plug for the drill and switch off
the tool.
To ensure uniform high cutting quality and prevent
the keyhole saw from overheating, remove the chips
at regular intervals.
Always keep the keyhole saw clean.
Clean the keyhole saw each time you finish using it.
