ATTENTION
► As soon as the appliance is plugged
back in, it starts to grind. Press the ON/
OFF switch to stop it from operating.
Safe operation site
The operation site must meet the following
requirements to ensure safe and trouble-
free operation of the appliance:
► The operating surface of the appliance
must be solid, dry, level and both water
and heat resistant.
► The immediate surroundings of the
appliance must not be hot, wet or very
damp.
► The socket must be easily accessible
so that the mains connection can be
disconnected quickly.
► Furniture surfaces may possibly con-
tain substances which could affect the
feet of the appliance, causing them to
soften. Place another material under
the feet of the appliance if needed.

Designated use

This appliance is intended for mincing
foods as well as for the preparation of
sausage, Kebbe and spritz biscuits for use
in household or similar non-commercial
areas, such as:

Staff kitchens in shops, cafés, offices
or other employment environments
– Agricultural estates
–
Use by guests in hotels, motels or
other forms of accommodation

Bed and breakfast establishments
Any other use, or a use which goes be-
yond these, constitutes improper use.
All claims whatsoever for damage aris-
ing from improper use are excluded. The
owner bears the sole risk.

Getting started

Unpacking

Proceed as follows:
1. Take the appliance, all accessories
and the user manual out of the box.
2. Remove all packaging material and
protective films from the appliance
and the accessories before using
them for the first time. Never remove
the type plate or any warning notices.
