Problems During Playback

Unable to play a file
Probably the file format is not compatible. The device can play MPEG 1- and
MPEG 2-compatible video files. It supports digital pictures in JPEG format up
to a maximum 12-megapixel resolution. Music files must be saved in MP3
format with compatible sampling rates (see page 59 – Technical
Specifications).

Problems During Recording

Unable to record a TV programme
Recording takes place on SD memory card. You must insert an SD memory
card (not supplied) into the card reader (3) located on top of the device first.
The inserted SD memory card may be full or write-protected. Remove the write
protection (slide the write-protection tab to the opposite position) or insert an
SD memory card of sufficient storage capacity.
