• When sunbathing or after water use, please remove
the Naída CI from the AquaCase or cover the Naída
CI/AquaCase to shade it from direct sunlight and
prevent excessive temperatures.
• Do NOT open or close the AquaCase while in a
water environment.
• If water or particle ingress is observed, cease use of
the AquaCase immediately, remove the processor
from the enclosure and place in the drying system
provided in your processor kit overnight to ensure
proper drying of the device.
• Cables are not intended to be removed or replaced
while the AquaCase is submerged. If the cable ac-
cidentally detaches during water use, remove the
AquaCase from the water and shake excess water
from the case prior to reconnecting the cable.
• To prevent damage to Naída CI accessories (e.g.
ComPilot, AB myPilot, Listening Check), it is impor-
tant to cease use prior to engaging in activities in or
near water. Once in a dry environment, the recipient
may resume use of the AB myPilot with the processor
in the AquaCase.
• Due to the possibility of neck injury, use of the lanyard
is not recommended during rough play or around
moving machinery.
• To avoid an increased risk of strangulation, do not
use cables longer than 81cm (32 inches) for young
children.
