USE
The Hydraulic SCRAPER system is used for cleaning in both cow and pig barns. It is a fixed, hydraulic
installation consisting of a hydraulic pump station and a scraper system in the gutters or canals. By me-
ans of cylinders the scrapers move forwards and backwards, and thus the manure is transported out of
the barn. It is possible to connect scraper systems from several gutters to one main canal.
The barn cleaning installation can be offered in a semi automatic or a fully automatic version. In a semi
automatic installation you do not have scrapers in the gutters/side canals, and you have to push the ma-
nure manually to a refuse shaft in the main canal. The main canal, which is equipped with scrapers, will
then lead the manure out of the barn. A fully automatic installation is equipped with scrapers in the gut-
ters/side canals, which transport the manure to the main canal.
By using end scrapers you can take out the manure from the very end of the canals.
3.
MOUNTING
The barn cleaning installation has to be concreted and mounted according to Strangko's instructions
which exist in the shape of concreting and mounting drawings.
The electric installation must be done by an authorized electrician.
Warning:
The electric motor of the hydraulic pump station may not be started, unless the hydraulic aggregate is
mounted correctly and has been filled up with hydraulic oil.

OPERATION

Mainswitch
The installation must be equipped with a main switch, which can be locked, and which switch on and off
all motors in the installation.
