device.
This device complies with the statutory safety regulations. Incorrect usage can,
however, lead to personal injury and property damage.

Danger from electric current

DANGER
Life threatening danger from electrical current!
Life threatening danger exists from contact with live electrical
wires or components!
Observe the following safety information in order to avoid the danger of
electric shock:
► Do not use the device if the mains power adapter or the connection cable
are damaged.
► Under no circumstances open the mains power adapter housing. The risk
of electric shock exists from touching voltage carrying connections and
changing the electrical/mechanical construction.
Handling of batteries/rechargeable batteries

For the safe handling of batteries/rechargeable batteries observe the
following safety information:
► Do not throw batteries/rechargeable batteries into a fi re.
► Do not short circuit batteries/rechargeable batteries.
► Do not attempt to recharge batteries.
► Regularly check the condition of the batteries/rechargeable batteries.
Leaking battery acid can cause permanent damage to the device.
Special caution should be shown when handling damaged or leaking
batteries/rechargeable batteries. Danger from acid burns!
► Store batteries/rechargeable batteries out of the reach of children.
When swallowed seek immediate medical attention.
► Remove the batteries/rechargeable batteries from the speakers if you
do not intend to use the device for an extended period of time.
