Correction
 Change ribbon cartridge
or tense the ribbon
properly.
 Please contact OHAUS
service.
 Switch printer on.
 Please contact OHAUS
service.
 Make sure that the
printer and the
instrument is connected.
 Switch the printer off/on.
 Alternatively change the
settings of the printer or
the connected
instrument. (see chapter
2.4)
 Move balance to more
stable location.
 Check the balance.
 Check the sample
weight.
 Change the zero range
of the balance.
 Change the setting of
the printer from zero to
tare.
 Check the balance.
 Check interface
parameter settings on
printer and instrument.
