4. OPERATING PROBLEMS
• Stop the tube bander immediately if there is any electrical or mechanical problem.
4.1 Bending quality
• Check that the tube can be bent.
• Check that the form and the mating form are right for the tube.
4.2 The tube bender will not start
• Bad connections
• Defective motor.
4.3 The form does not turn
Raise lever 5 to engage the bending mechanism.
