Using this manual
This manual is intended to be used as a work of reference for
professional, well trained and authorised users to be able to
safely install, use, maintain and repair the product mentioned
on the cover of this document.

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Identification of the product
The identification plate contains, among other things, the
following data:
- product name
- serial number
- supply voltage and frequency
- power consumption
1.2 General description
The fan is used for extracting fumes and gases which are
released during the most common welding processes. The fan is
mounted in a sound absorbing case with inspection cover and is
used in an extraction system with filter unit.
The fan can be used in the following configurations:
- multiple arm systems with a central filter unit
- modular extraction hoods with a central filter unit
- push-pull systems

The extraction fan is a radial fan with straight blades. The inlet
is on the side; the outlet is on top. The fan consists of the
