6 Replacing Devices
Contact the Sunny Boy hotline if the inverter is defective. If the inverter needs to be
replaced, the hotline requires the following information:
• The inverter's serial number.
• Is a grounding set installed?
• Which grounding set? Positive or negative?
This information is required so that a replacement device can be fitted with a
grounding set and dispatched. Upon replacement, the grounding set must remain
installed in the defective device.
