Changing the diamond disc
Switch the machine off and disconnect from
the mains.
Remove the water tank.
Remove the side screen.
Secure the motor shaft using an 8 mm fork
spanner.
Place a 19 mm spanner on the lock nut.
Undo the lock nut and remove it. Remove the
outer fl ange.
Clean and lubricate the parts and shaft.
Replace the diamond disc. Check rotation
direction.
Replace outer fl ange.
Fit and tighten lock nut using adjustable the
spanner.
Replace the side guard.

Cleaning and maintenance

Switch the machine off and disconnect from
the mains.
Wipe down using a well-wrung cloth after
use, and always keep the surface and
ventilation holes free of dirt. Empty and rinse
water tank after use.
