1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
OPERATING THE TRIMMER
Carefully read the GENERAL SAFETY
INSTRUCTION LEAFLET enclosed with
the machine documents.
1. Before plugging in the machine, ensure that the
power supply voltage is the same as that stated on
the machine specifications plate.
2. Always keep hands clear of the cutting area.
Always hold the machine safely.
3. Never use defective or damaged tools.
4. Always use cutter bits with the appropriate stem dia-
meter for the chuck collet and tool speed to be used.

3. STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Inside the box you will find the following items:
•Trimmer FR192N with 2C M.D. mixed bit, 22 dia-
meter and 6 mm stem.
• A/f key: 11 mm for the motor shaft.
• A/f key: 19 mm for the chuck collet fixing nut.
• Guide ring.
• Side guide.
• Guide for circular trimming.
• Operation instructions and miscellaneous docu-
mentation.
4. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TRIMMER
The main use of the FR192N is for trimming lami-
nates and making mouldings. It can also be used for
cutting straight or circular grooves or slots and ma-
king copies with a template using the appropriate
guides (see section 9). It can also be used to make
the recesses for hinges, using the optional head
described below.
5. APPLICATIONS FOR BEVEL-EDGING,
HINGES AND MOULDING ATTACHING
A CUTTER BIT (Fig. 1)
To change the bit (Fig. 1), block the motor shaft
using key A, loosen the nut using key E and remove
the bit.
Insert the new bit as far as it will go in the housing
and tighten it using the service keys.
