Bevel Mite power tools and bevel heads have been manufactured to quality standards and carefully inspected
before shipment. Bevel Mite
workmanship for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. If repair is required, the user must return
the complete tool, with shipping prepaid, and with proof of purchase to Bevel Mite's
dealer. If inspection by an authorized Bevel Mite
®
Bevel Mite will repair or replace (at our option) the tool or bevel head without charge during the warranty period.
This warranty does not apply to normal use or wear and tear. This warranty does not confer any damages caused by
careless or unsafe use or handling, alteration, accidents, misuse or repairs made or attempted by anyone other

than Bevel Mite and its original manufacturers or authorized service-centre's or technicians.
This warranty applies in lieu of any other implied or express guarantees or warranties, and any variations of these
terms are not authorized and strictly prohibited.
The foregoing obligation is Bevel Mite's
and under no circumstances shall Beveltools be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. The above
warranty terms, limitations or exclusions are effected only to the extent that they may be mitigated by state or
local laws, and then only to the extent allowed.

Bevel Mite reserves the right to make changes or improvements to its products without incurring any liability or
obligation whatsoever and without being required to make any corresponding changes or improvements in
products previously manufactured or sold.
