Bevel Mite is an advancement over traditional grinding discs, acetylene torch or hand held or table beveling tools
for cutting a radius or weld angle on metal plate and pipe.
The one‐piece helical Bevel Mite® head and 3‐point positioning system results in a smooth and even finish in any
place and any position.
With only 1½" (3.8 cm) of clearance required, it is possible to bevel next to walls, beams and ceilings; and in bell
holes, channels and chases.
Changing a Bevel Mite® head takes only seconds and the head is always perfectly balanced for smooth vibration‐
free operation.
The illustrations and instructions in this booklet will show how to set up the air motor, how to adjust the guide
®
plate for bevel depth or wall thickness, and how to remove and replace a Bevel Mite head.
Follow these instructions and it's possible to get a perfect bevel every time.
