Faults
Use only original spare and accessory parts.
Fault
No pressure builds up in
the device.
Pump lever with handle [11]
can be moved very easily.

is pulled downwards.

Pump lever with handle [11]
locked or can be moved
downwards with difficulty
only.
Only a jet emerges, there is
no atomization.
Liquid dripping from the
nozzle.
Device sprays only when
pumped.
The shut-off valve does not
close.
Liquid comes out without
the pump lever being acti-
vated.

Cause
Diaphragm [24] is defec-
tive.
Foreign object prevents
the valve disc [28] from
closing
Valve disc [28] of the
intake or pressure valve
defective.
Intake valve [27] sticking.
Foreign object prevents
closure of the pressure
valve [35] or defective
valve disc [28].
Diaphragm [24] and/or
guide bush [49] not lubri-
cated.
Pressure valve [35] dirty.
Filter [38] and / or nozzle
[41] blocked.
Nozzle insert [40] is mis-
sing.
Nozzle [41] dirty.
Foreign object in the nozz-
le [41] or / and the insert
[40].
Pressure vessel [34] com-
pletely filled with liquid.
O-ring [47] of the pressure
bolt [46] not greased.
O-ring [47] defective.

Remedy
Replace the diaphragm.

Clean intake or pressure valve
(Figs. 11 and 14)
Replace valve disc.

Clean intake valve. (Fig. 11)
Clean pressure valve or replace
valve disc. (Fig. 14)
Lubricate diaphragm and/or
guide bush (Figs. 10, 20)
Clean pressure valve. (Fig. 14)
Clean filter (Fig. 17) and / or
nozzle (Fig. 18).
Position the insert in the nozzle.

Pump device completely empty.
Repeat after 5 fillings at the
latest.
Grease the O-ring of the pressu-
