ASZB ONLY: CHARGING PROCEDURE:
• Connect cable plug of charger to the battery charging inlet (see pic 7)
• Plug in the charger to a suitable wall socket
• The charger has an indication light:
o When red: battery is charging
o When green: battery is full
NOTE:
To ensure longest life time for the battery:
1. Following every intense use of the appliance wait at least 20 minutes
before recharging the battery.
2. Prior to using the appliance following a period of disuse of more than
1 month: recharge the battery completely.
To take out the battery - see pic. 8: Press the red color switch key ("1")
and slide out the battery ( "2")
NOTE: the ASZB is provided with a low voltage cut out. When the charge
of the battery is below a certain voltage the appliance will stop working.
This all to ensure the longest possible life time of the battery.
6. CONSUMABLES AND SPARE PARTS:
• New filters can be obtained through your dealer. Check www.qlima.
com for more information.
• Only use spare parts and/or consumables supplied by the manufacturer
or its authorised service agent

7. TROUBLESHOOTING:

Review these tips first and you may not need to call for service.
DEVICE WILL NOT START
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Cord is not plugged into an electrical outlet.
A fuse may be blown or the circuit may be breaker
tripped.
Not switched on.
ASZB 1018: battery is empty
VACUUMING NOT AS STRONG AS NORMAL
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Full ash bucket
Full filter
WHAT TO DO
Make sure plug is fully inserted into the wall
outlet.
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
Switch on.
recharge the battery
WHAT TO DO
Empty ash bucket
Clean the filter (see relevant paragraph)
Exchange the filter (filter is a consumable)
