Troubleshooting

If you have any issues with your machine, check to see if these troubleshooting
instructions solve the issue. If the problem persists, contact customer service for
options on servicing the unit.
Symptom: The water bath does not get hot or does not circulate.
Press the power button to activate the heating coils and circulating motor. You should
be able to see water moving through the pump outlet opening. If water is circulating
but is not getting warmer, ensure the target temperature is above the current water
temperature.
Symptom: The Sansaire does not turn on.
Ensure that the power cord is firmly attached in the rear of the unit. In some cases, a
household circuit may become overloaded from the use of electrical appliances, causing
the outlet to stop supplying power. Unplug the Sansaire and reset your circuit breaker
as necessary.

Symptom: The display reads "LOW WATER."
The Sansaire includes a safety mechanism to protect components from overheating.
This normally occurs when the water level is too low or the machine is operated outside
a water bath. If this happens, wait for the machine to cool down and press the reset
button on the back of the unit. The reset button will click when fully pressed, but you
may need to use the tip of a ballpoint pen or other small object to push the button in
completely.
