Warranty Instructions

This product is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against
defects of material and/or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover batteries and is void if the product is damaged
by accident or through unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, or other
causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
During the two-year warranty period, if the balance fails to work properly
when used under normal conditions we will repair or, at your option, replace
the balance free of charge. You must cover the cost of shipping when sending
the balance to us; we will bear the shipping costs when returning the balance
to you.
