Bevel cutting:
The table can be tilted between -10°
and 45° for bevel cutting.
Loosen the locking knob (I, Fig 6).

Tilt the table until the desired angle
on the scale has been reached.
Retighten the locking knob.
Attention:
Angle cutting requires more care.
Be careful.

7. Setup and adjustments

General note:
Setup and adjustment work may
only be carried out after the
machine is protected against
accidental starting by pulling the
mains plug.

7.1 Changing the saw blade

The machine accepts pin blades and
plain end blades.
Check saw blade for flaws (cracks,
broken teeth, bending) before
installation. Do not use faulty
sawblades.
The saw blade teeth must point in
cutting direction (down)
The saw blades may only be
changed when the mains plug is
pulled!
Open the lower saw guard (K, Fig 8)
and clean from chips.

Loosen the quick tension lever (C, Fig
9).
Loosen the knurled screw (P).
Take off the upper blade clamp (Fig
10).
Remove the table insert.
Remove the saw blade together with
the blade clamps (Fig 11).

Put the blade clamps into the pockets
of the table and loosen the blade
clamp screws.(Fig 12).

Replace the saw blade and tighten
the blade clamp screws.
Mount the saw to the machine (Fig
13).

Tighten the knurled screw (P).
Tension the saw blade by operating
the quick tension lever (C).
Mount the table insert.
Close the lower saw guard (K).
