Diese Garantie ist ausschließlich ein Rechtsmittel für den Käufer und liegt im Ermessen von Bugatti.
Kein Angestellter oder Vertreter von Bugatti und keine andere Person ist autorisiert eine andere Garantie
anzubieten oder Änderungen an dieser Garantie vorzunehmen. Keinesfalls, ungeachtet, ob diese auf einem
Vertrag, einem Schadensersatz, Garantie, unerlaubten Handlungen (einschließlich Nachlässigkeit), strikter
Haftung oder anderweitigem beruhen, haftet Bugatti für spezielle, indirekte, beiläufige oder folgenreiche
Schäden,einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, Schäden durch entgangenen Gewinn oder entgangene Einnahmen.

Bugatti garantiert dem ursprünglichem Endabnehmer (Kaufbeleg erforderlich), dass dieser kommerziel-
le Bugatti Smart Blender frei von Material- und Herstellungsfehler sind,
über die beschriebene Garantiezeit und unterliegt den folgenden Bestimmungen:
MOTOR:
a) Bei einem Ausfall des Bugatti DC Motors (DC Motor ohne Anhang) innerhalb von 20
JAHREN BEI HAUSHALTSGEBRAUCH, übernimmt Bugatti die Kosten aller Teile, wie die
Reparaturkosten der Motorbasis. Die Garantie deckt keine Lieferkosten.
Im Fall einer kommerziellen Nutzung, ist die Garantiefrist auf 3 Jahre ab Kaufdatum reduziert.
a) Bei einem Ausfall des Bugatti DC Motors (DC Motor ohne Anhang) nach 20 Jahren
bei Haushaltsgebrauch, übernimmt Bugatti nur die Arbeitskosten zum Austausch des
Motors. Motor und Beförderung fallen nicht unter die Garantie.
