Achtung bei Frostgefahr
Bei Entleerung der Hausanlage sind die Thermostate
gesondert zu entleeren, da sich im Kalt- und Warmwasser-
anschluss Rückflussverhinderer befinden.
Bei den Thermostaten sind die kompletten Thermostat-
einsätze und die Rückflussverhinderer auszuschrauben.

Wartung

Alle Teile prüfen, reinigen, evtl. austauschen und mit Spezial-
Armaturenfett einfetten.
Kalt- und Warmwasserzufuhr absperren.
I. Thermostat-Kompaktkartusche (Z), siehe Klappseite III
Abb. [13] und [14].
• Schraubring (AB) mit Werkzeug 34mm lösen.
• Thermostat-Kompaktkartusche (Z) gegebenenfalls über die
Ausnehmung (Z1) aushebeln.
• Schraubring (AB) abschrauben.
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Einbaulage der Thermostat-Kompaktkartusche (Z)
beachten, siehe Detail (Z2).
Nach jeder Wartung an der Thermostat-Kartusche ist eine
Justierung erforderlich (siehe Justieren).
II. Rückflussverhinderer (AC), siehe Klappseite III Abb. [13]
und [15].
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Einbaulagen beachten!
III. Keramik-Oberteil (I), siehe Klappseite III Abb. [13]
und [15].
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Installation
Always take care with the concealed mixer
housing, see fold-out page I.
- Plaster and tile the wall, excluding the area occupied by the
mounting template. Seal any apertures in the wall so that
they are watertight to spray water.
• Tiles laid in mortar should be pointed so that the joint is
tapered towards the outside.
• Seal prefabricated walls with a permanently plastic
compound.
Central thermostat mixer
Installation, see fold-out page II, Figs. [1], [2a], [10] and [11].
1. Remove the mounting template, see fig. [1].
2. Install sleeve (A) and scale ring (A1), see Fig. [2a].
3. Grease seals (B1) of escutcheon mounting base (B2) with
the special grease supplied, push on escutcheon mounting
base (B2) and fasten with screws (C).
4. Attach escutcheon (B).
Adjustment, see section installing the temperature control
handle (W) and temperature adjustment
5. Fit stop (V), see figs. [10] and [11].
6. Install temperature control handle (W) so that the
marking (W1) aligns with the blue arrow on the scale ring,
see fig. [10].
7. Screw in screw (x).
Shower thermostat
Installation of functional elements, see fold-out page II,
Figs. [1] to [4].
Shut off cold and hot water supplies.
1. Remove the mounting template, see fold-out page I,
Fig. [1].
2. Unscrew closure plug (D) and plug (C), see Fig. [2b].
3. Screw in sound absorber (F), see Fig. [3].
4. Install race (G); there is only one possible position,
see detail, Fig. [3].
5. Grease O-ring of adapter (H) with the special grease
supplied. Fasten adapter (H), see Fig. [4].
6. Screw in ceramic headpart (I).
Open cold and hot-water supply and check connections
for water-tightness.
Installation of escutcheon (M) and shut-off handle (R) and
adjustment of the economy stop, see fold-out page II,
Figs. [5] to [8].
1. Attach sleeve (J), holder (K) and sleeve (L), see Fig. [5].
2. Install scale ring (L1) and (J1).
3. Grease the seals (M1) with the special grease supplied,
push on escutcheon (M) and fasten with screws (N),
see Fig. [6].
• The flow rate is limited by the economy stop (O) provided,
see Fig. [7].
To install the shut-off handle, proceed as follows:
1. Close the ceramic headpart (I) by turning clockwise.
2. Install the economy stop (O) in the desired position.
For adjustment range, see Fig. [7].
3. Fit splined adapter (Q), see Fig. [8].
4. Install flow control handle (R) so that the button (R1) is at
top.
5. Attach handle cap (T) and install screw (S).
