Since the safety of our customers is of a special concern to us, we would like to bring to your notice that this
article contains one or more magnets.
Please take care that the magnets are not swallowed or drawn in while breathing. This can happen if one or
more of the magnets should get dislodged from the article or come off due to breaking of the article.
The clamping together of magnets in the human body can lead to serious injuries and requires immediate
medical care.
Preparation:
1. Set the switch on the battery compartment to "OFF". (Fig1)
2. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment.

3. Insert the 2 AAA (LR ) batteries. Please check if the polarity is correct.
4. Screw the cover of the battery compartment back on again. (Fig2)
5. Set the switch on the battery compartment to "ON (Fig1)
Function:
The BABY born® Puppy Doodle only operates properly when the ON/OFF switch is switched to the ON position.
Your Puppy Doodle can really drink from his bottle and pee.
For this fill fresh clear tap water into the bottle and screw the cap tightly on it. When feeding, you should hold him
upright. Only use water. All other liquids may block the tubes and tanks inside the dog.
For drinking, put the tip of the bottle deep into his mouth and press the bottle. Your Puppy Doodle will make cute
drinking sounds.
After drinking your Puppy Doodle need to make a pee.
For this, please touch him on his back and press the switch. Immediately he will lift his leg and start to pee with
realistic sound.
Once he is ready bring back his leg to the normal position. Now he is ready for the next feeding and peeing.
Please ensure no water remains inside the Puppy Doodle after use. Press the switch of the Puppy Doodle several
times to make it drain completely.
After feeding and peeing, please dry him with a dry cloth.
With the dog bone (magnet inside) you can feed your Puppy Doodle . Place the bone directly at his mouth and he
will start to make a realistic eating sound.
Standby:
After 2 minutes without playing with your BABY born® Puppy Doodle he will go to Standby mode. To restart your
BABY born® Puppy Doodle give the bone for eating or feed him with his water bottle, filled with tap water or press
the switch at the back. As well you can switch the ON/OFF switch to "OFF" and back to "ON".
Cleaning
The product can be cleaned with a damp (not wet) cloth. Please ensure that no moisture enters the electronics or
battery compartment.
Disposal according to WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive)
All products marked with a crossed out wheeled bin cannot be disposed of in unsorted municipal waste. Their
collection must be done separately. Return and collection systems in Europe should be organized by collection
and recycling organizations. WEEE-products can be disposed of free of charge at the appropriate collection points.
The reason for this is to protect the environment and human health due to the potential effects of the presence of
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
