Press and hold “SET” button to set time. Press “MEM” button to change the numeral then press “SET” button to confirm. After confirming [TIME] and [DATE], the LCD will display “Done”. Download the Terraillon Wellness Coach application. Create your account. Turn on Bluetooth on your Smartphone (Setting > Bluetooth > ON). - Seite 6 START MEASURING Tie the cuff.
