Even if the machine is switched off, there will
still be current in some of the circuits and
electric shocks can cause injury if work is
being done on them. The master switch must
be switched off or the plug pulled out of the
mains socket before any maintenance work is
done.
Air pressure in the machine
Even if the machine is switched off, the air in
the pipes can still be under pressure, and the
unexpected escape of compressed air can
cause injury if work is being done on them.
Pressure must always be let off from the ma-
chine before any maintenance work is done.
Letting air off from the machine
The compressor block releases its air pres-
sure automatically if the plants are switched
off in the proper way.
To desecrate the air receiver open the con-
densates drain a let the total pressure off.
6.1 Control intervals
6.1.1
First 100 hours after the start
Oil change
Air filter change
Belt tension
Retighten the V-belts
Automatic condensation trap (option)
Retighten bolts
The bolts on the cylinder head seal must be
tightened.
6.1.2
Weekly inspection
Condensate drain
Check oil and if necessary, appropriate
add oil
6.1.3
Oil change intervals
Mineral oil every 500 working hours
Synthetic oil every 1000 hours

But minimum once annually oil change
6.1.4
Checking Air Filter
The pollution of the air filter depends on the
sucked air.
6.1.5
Checking V-belts
After every 500 operating hours, check the
condition and tension of the drive belt.
If there are any crack in it, or if it a looks brit-
tle, replace it. Tighten up the tension on it if it
is too slack.
6.1.6
Valves
Every 2000 operating hours or at least 2 years
have all the valves on Wears to be checked.
6.2 Exhaust the system
The compressor block is automatically vented
the system when it's properly shutdown.
Open for venting the reservoir condensate
drain valve and drain the entire pressure.
6.3 Drain condensate from reservoir
In systems with reservoir open "pressure" the
condensate drain valve outlet to pure air and
then close the tap again.
Condensate contains oil and has an environ-
mentally friendly to be disposed of.

6.4 Check Oil level

6.4.1
Condensate on oil
If the machine is set up in a cool, damp place,
such as in a cellar, condensation can form in
the lubricating oil. This is particularly likely to
happen if the compressor is run for too short a
time and thus does not reach its full operating
temperature.
This condensation then reduces the lubricat-
ing effect on piston and bearing and that de-
stroy them completely. The sings of conden-
sation in the lubricating oil are an excessively
high oil level, a milky color in the oil, or drops
of water in the inspection window.
15/25
Condensation can ruin the machine
completely
