• + Increase volume by simply pressing. Reaching the
highest volume is signaled by a sound.
• - Decrease the volume by simply pressing
• Next track: Hold down the button to start the next
track
• Previous track: Hold down the + button to start the
previous track
• Play / Pause: Press the multifunction button to pause
playback, press again to resume playback.

9. CHANGING EAR PADS

If an ear pad is broken, you are considering a change for
hygienic reasons or need a different size, you can easily
change the ear pads. To remove, hold the ear pad fi rmly
and pull it off. To attach, put the new earpads back on.

10. TROUBLESHOOTING

Headphones will not turn on
Make sure the headphone battery is charged.
Battery does not charge
Make sure that the USB power source is turned on and
that your computer is not in low power mode. Check the
connections of the supplied USB cable to the headphones
and the USB power source.
No Bluetooth connection possible
Make sure the headset and the Bluetooth device to be
connected are turned on. Check the available Bluetooth
standard of the Bluetooth device. The InLine® PURE mo-
bile ANC headset supports the Bluetooth profi les AVRCP,
HFP, A2DP. Make sure the Bluetooth function of the player
is turned on.
No audio output during playback
Make sure the headset and Bluetooth device are turned
on and an audio fi le is playing. Check the volume setting
of the headphone and player.
Distorted sound
Check if other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the
used frequency in the 2.4 GHz band.

Make sure that no obstacles between the headset and
the Bluetooth playback device interfere with signal trans-
mission.
Control buttons do not work
Check the Bluetooth profi le. Some Bluetooth playback
devices have operating limitations in the Bluetooth HFP
or HSP profi le. If necessary, manually change the profi le
to A2DP. Please refer to the operating instructions of your
playback device.
Short range
Check if other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the
used frequency in the 2.4 GHz band. Make sure that no
obstacles between the headset and the Bluetooth play-
back device interfere with signal transmission.
