6. Battery
Do not puncture batteries or throw them in fire as they may explode. Do not
attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries (alkaline). Dispose of batteries
in accordance with local regulations. Keep batteries away from children.
1. Remove the plastic cover at the back of the scale.
2. Clean the contacts with a dry cloth. Insert two AAA batteries, making sure the positive (+) and
negative (-) symbols on the batteries match the symbols inside the battery compartment.
3. Replace the battery cover and close the battery compartment.

1. Switch on the scale.
2. Gently step onto the platform, stand still and read your weight from the display.
3. Step off the scale. Switch off the scale or wait for it to switch off automatically.
