2 Device Name: Enter a descriptive name
for your NWA570N or leave this
unchanged.
3 IP Address Assignment: Select Use
Fixed IP Address. Use this IP address to
connect to the NWA570N to configure its
settings.
• If you know an available IP address on
your network, you can use this IP
address. This lets you connect to the
NWA570N from a computer on your
local network without having to set your computer to a fixed IP address.
• Otherwise, leave this setting at the default setting.
4 In the Gateway IP Address field, enter the IP address of the device with which you are
accessing the Internet (for example, a router) and click Next.
5 SSID: Enter a unique network name for
the wireless network.Channel: Leave
the Channel at its default and click
Next.
6 Encryption Method: Select the
highest level of security supported
by the other devices on your
network. The drop-down list
displays the encryption methods in
order, from no security (Disable) to
high security (WPA2-PSK).
7 Click Next to configure the
Encryption Method you have
selected. Go to step
choose Disable.
The recommended level of security is WPA2-PSK.
