INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Senator Raised Toilet Seat from Aidapt. The Senator
Raised Toilet Seat is manufactured from the finest materials available. When used correctly it
is designed to give many years of reliable, trouble-free service.
Please examine your product for any visible damage before using/installing. If you see any
damage or suspect a fault, please do not use, but contact your supplier.
INTENDED USE
Your Senator Raised Toilet Seat is constructed from recyclable ABS plastic; the joint is fused
with a special ABS adhesive to form a watertight seal. The design of the seat enhances
comfort and is simple to install and maintain. The securing fitments are colour coordinated
to assist partially sighted users.
WEIGHT LIMIT (WHEN PROPERLY INSTALLED)
The Senator Raised Toilet Seat can withstand a weight of 190 kg (30 stone). Please check that
the toilet to which the Senator is to be fitted to is safe and secure. If in any doubt, contact a
competent installer of sanitary fitments.
NB. Do not exceed the weight limit stated – doing so could put the user at risk.
INSTALLATION
1.
Take the blue coloured threaded bolt and install into the shaft of the 'L' shaped
support bracket (See Fig. 1 and 2).
2.
Place your Senator Raised Toilet Seat upside-down on a flat surface and install the
brackets as shown (see Fig. 3) by rotating the hand wheel in a clockwise direction
(see Fig. 4).
3.
Raise or remove any existing standard toilet seat so as not to obscure the installation
of your Senator seat.
