To prevent corrosion, the Alu Racing jack should be cleaned and dried after use in a damp environment.
All moving parts must be greased regularly with bearing grease.
Regularly as required
After each oil top up
After prolonged non-use
After 3 to 6 months
Repairs
Repairs of an Alu Racing jack may only be carried out by qualified persons and are subject to the decision of the
manufacturer.
Never try to repair the product yourself.
In the event of doubt about its proper functioning, the Alu Racing jack must be removed from service for inspection by an
expert.
Also, do not use the product in the event of:
- fracture, deformation, sharp notches or cracks of any kind
- wear and excessive corrosion

Regular inspections

Perform a visual inspection before each use to detect any damage.
Damaged jacks must not be used.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The load cannot be lifted.
The load is not held in the
raised position.
The lift arm does not

lower completely.
Disposal
Collect used oil or leaking oil in a special container and take it to a waste oil disposal point. Dispose of the jack properly.
Warranty
The warranty expires if the product is used improperly and if the information in these operating instructions is not
observed.

1. Tighten the drain screw clockwise.
