Before first use
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the rating plate (located on the
body of the appliance) is the same as the supply voltage in your home.
• rinse the kettle and scale filter under the tap.
using your kettle
1. remove the kettle from the base and fill to the desired level between the
0.5 liter and 1.7 liter marks.
2. Close the lid firmly and place back on the base.
3. to switch the kettle on, insert the plug in the wall socket and press down
the upper half of the on/off switch. When the water has boiled the kettle
will switch off automatically.
4. disconnect from the mains supply after using.
Warning!
never switch on the empty kettle!
