6. Troubleshooting
If a problem occurs with your Zip Hydroboil® unit, the cause is often something very simple. Try to resolve the problem yourself with
the aid of the table below. That will help you avoid the expense of an unnecessary callout.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
Cause
No power.
Possible internal fault.
No water.
Water tank is empty.
Boiling water outlet blocked / calcified
Heating elements calcified

Cleaning
The plastic surfaces and taps should be wiped with a slightly wet and hygienic cloth
only. Do not use abrasive or chlorinebased cleaning agents or solvents.
To prevent damage of the electronic components do not clean the undersink unit and
tap with a water jet.
Further maintenance
Regular servicing is necessary to keep the unit working efficiently at all times. Please
contact customer service for more information.
Sign a maintenance contract with us. Our customer service will contact you in good
time before the next due maintenance to arrange an appointment with you.
We offer a filter service where we can determine your consumption with you and
contact you in good time before reaching the calculated filter capacity.
