whether repairing of the same or new spare parts to be supplied or any reduction in cost
as compensation or whether it is necessary for reversing the contract.
2. To accept customers claim in any case it is essential within six months or otherwise
within the guarantee period.
3. There will be no claim of damages due to following reasons:
Due to rough handling, non systematic and non capacity wise handling, natural wear and
tear, use of improper work elements, due to the influence of chemicals, electrochemicals
etc. which are not in any reason due to our fault.
4. Above all it has to be as per our billing and within the given valid period,
otherwise we cannot be held responsible. Only in special case where the factory
safety is a factor and to avoid further greater damage, where we should immediately be
informed or in case we have agreed to meet the claim, in that situation the repairing can
be carried out by the customer of by a third party where the expenditure will be borne by
us.
5. For improvement or alternative supply of extra items we bear only the unavoidable costs
we feel is essential from our side. For extra spare parts, delivery costs and any extra
support to our mechanics and assembler has to be borne by the customer.
6. If the customer or any other third party without our permission makes any changes or
takes over the commissioning we are not responsible any adverse results.
7. Further claims of customers, especially one that is damage claim of the spare parts which
are not mounted on the equipment and was alright during despatch loading and not due
to any serious negligence of ours. Ultimately we have to do the rework, otherwise, the
represantation wise is not possible, as it is also not in accordance as per the law. Such
claim for the damage is applicable by the law is only if it is due to our serious negligence
or if it is intentionally done.
8. Our supply related information and application wise performance mentioned
(measurement, weight, carrying capacity, construction, pictures in catalogues and
prospects) doesn´t tell sufficient for placing an order. Also the write-ups and model
designations doesn´t provide the assured performance, they are approximate only.
Branch wise deviation and tolerance remains same, unless it is not called for.
9. In case the supply is as per the instruction of customer, in such case our standard
guarantee clauses are not applicable.

Spare parts are available from our own customer service department.
Please give us the following information if ordering:
- order number
- complete invoice and despatch address
kind of despatch

- spare part number with description
- quantity of parts
- model, serial number and manufacturing date of your hydraulic pallet-truck
