Capacity and power consumption
Th e capacity curves have been measured and are stated empiri-
cally. Outlet pressure losses from a normal outlet (silencer, back-
fl ow valve/bend) have been accounted for in the curve. By using
a diff user on the outlet a higher vacuum can be achieved.
Stated air-fl ows are for standard air (101.3 kPa@ 20
Th e stated curves are for negative application, all pressures
stated are assumed to be below relative atmospheric pressure
at sea level. Th ese devices can also be used for positive pressure
application and will generate a greater pressure diff erential.
