DriverCard read-out error
Problem
The LED indicator lamp
lights up green and you
hear a continuous
warning tone until the
DriverCard is removed.

driver card is removed.

hear a continuous
warning tone until the
driver card is removed.

Possible causes/consequences and M Solutions

FleetBoard TiiRec has not detected a valid DriverCard. There
could be several reasons for this:
an incorrect DriverCard has been inserted.

the DriverCard has been inserted incorrectly.
R
the DriverCard memory chip is dirty.
R

Insert the correct driver card. Do not confuse the tachograph
driver card with the FleetBoard
X
Clean the contact surface points of the memory chip carefully
with a lint-free cloth.

Insert the driver card so that the arrow and contact surface
points of the memory chip face upwards.
The driver card has already been read out during the last
18 hours.
X
Wait until 18 hours have passed since the last read-out, then
repeat the process.

FleetBoard TiiRec may be unable to transmit data because it is
not connected to the mobile phone network.
The temporary memory of FleetBoard

Find a location with a mobile phone network connection and
transmit the data again.
