Voice Mail System

In the following are summarized the main commands for operating a personal
mailbox using an external telephone:
Start remote retrieval:
1. Dial your own call number
2. Switch over to DTMF, if required (depends on the telephone)
3. Enter PIN during greeting text
4. Use the # key to complete
Voice Mail DTMF menu:
Key 1: Plays the next voice message
Key 2: Goes to the beginning of the current voice message
Key 7: Goes back 10 seconds
Key 8: Erases the current voice message

Call charge limit

The amounts remaining on the call charge limits can be called up on the display.
Press the Info key repeatedly until the display shows "Office"
xx.xx.
Note:
You can also call up "Private"-, "Cost centre"- and "Route"-Costs.
Once the limit is reached, the display shows ".... Limit exceeded".
Depending on the configuration you will then either be able to finish the
call or be disconnected. In the start-up configuration the Call Charge
Limit feature is deactivated

Call charge counter

The call charge totals can be shown on the display.
Press the Info key repeatedly until the display shows "Office"
xx.xx.
Note:
You can also call up "Private"-, "Cost centre"- and "Route"-Costs.
In the start-up configuration the Call Charge Counter feature is
deactivated
Depends on the PBX type and the sales channel.
