Wöchentliche Wartung
Zuführtopf ausblasen
• Zuführtopf durch abschrauben des Griffes nach
oben entnehmen.
• Zuführgut aus dem Zuführtopf entleeren.
• Den Topf mit Druckluft vorsichtig ausblasen.
• Topf wieder aufsetzen und Befestigungsgriff
anziehen.
Zuführrohr und Vereinzelungsblock reinigen
• Die Schraube in der Mitte des Schwingförder-
oberteils lösen und das Schwingförderoberteil
abheben.
• Schraube am Vereinzelungsblock lösen und
entnehmen.
• Zuführrohr mit Vereinzelungsblock nach oben
herausziehen.
• Mit Hilfe Spiritus und Druckluft reinigen.
• Einbau in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Weekly maintenance
blow out feeding bowl
• Remove the Feeding bowl to the upper side per
unscrew the handle.
• Emptying commodity out of the feeding bowl.
• Blow feeding bowl out carefully.
• Set bowl back on the machine and thighten the
handle.
clean feeding tube and singling unit
• Release the screw in the middle of the feeding
bowl, and lift off the feeding bowl.
• Open the screw at the singling unit and remove
it.
• Pull out the feeding tube with the singling unit
upwards.
• Clean by using ethyl alcohol and compressed
air.
• Fitting in reverse order.
