TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The equipment does not switch on.
The control buttons do not work
The lever does not close completely.
The capsule gets stuck in the capsule housing.
Milk drinks are not the usual level.
Luminous alerts appear which are not described in the
manual.

Confirm whether the electrical plug has been fitted into the respective socket properly
and whether the On/Off general button is appropriately switched.
Check whether a capsule has been retained inside the extraction unit.
Open and close the lever again until observing that the extraction unit is clear and
unblocked.
Check whether the used capsule tank is full. Where necessary, empty it and put the empty
tank back in its specified position.
