The optimum cooling function is not guaranteed until the entire cooling system
has been ventilated.
Ventilate the entire cooling system as follows at every first use and after every
hose assembly change:
1 Connect the supply hose (blue) of the hose assembly to the coolant
recirculator.
2 Switch on the coolant recirculator using the motor protective switch.
3 Close the return hose (red) and open it again by repeatedly and abruptly
releasing it, until the coolant is flowing continuously and without air bubbles
into the collecting device.
4 Switch off the coolant recirculator and connect the return hose again.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, dismounting and repair
work, the following instructions must be adhered to:
• Switch off the power source.
• Pull the mains plug.
CAUTION
Machine damage
Machine damage by incorrect operation.
• Never switch on the submergible pump without cooling liquid.
• Never use aggressive or greasy cooling liquids.
• The max. return temperature of 70° must not be exceeded.
